How to Place an Order
- 1 Choose Your Product Find the products you like and click ADD TO CART.
- 2 Go to Your Bag Click the bag icon in the top right corner of the page and review your selected items.
- 3 Check Out Click CHECK OUT, fill in your information, and click PLACE ORDER.
Ordering Questions
- Can I track my order? Yes. After your order is placed and shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This email will include a tracking number or tracking link so you can check the delivery progress and order status.
- Why have I not received an order confirmation email? Sometimes confirmation emails may take a few minutes to arrive, or they may be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Please check all email folders again after 30 minutes. If you still have not received your confirmation, email us at support@qtsyoh.com and we will be happy to confirm your order and resend the email.
- Can I change my order? You can change your order before checkout by going to your shopping bag, where you can add or remove items. If you have already checked out, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order is shipped.
- Can I cancel my order? Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before they leave our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return policy for further assistance.
- My address is incorrect in the order confirmation. What should I do? Please contact us as soon as possible at support@qtsyoh.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
- My package arrived, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing. What should I do? We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@qtsyoh.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our support team will help you resolve the problem as soon as possible.
- How can I redeem a voucher or discount code? On the checkout page, look for the option to enter a discount code. Simply enter your voucher or discount code, and the discount amount will be applied to your order total when the code is valid.
